I am super excited to be able to offer Gentle Yoga that is also pregnancy safe* and nursing-friendly. All ages, body types and yoga experience (or lack of :) ) welcome!!!Classes Wednesday AM : 9-10am

Held at my office at Faith Family Chiropractic

(near Double D Western Wear)

*as long as your provider has cleared you for gentle exercis/yoga.
