Prenatal Yoga Class - Fall 2021
This is a 6-week Prenatal Yoga class meeting at the Tumble Track evert Tuesday evening starting September 14. Time: 7:15pm-8:15
You are welcome to attend at any trimester as long as you are under care and have been cleared by your provider to do light to moderate exercise. This is a gentle flow to help you find balance, comfort and increased flexibility.
Bring your own mat to help minimize germ spread. Thank you!
